wondering when staff will realize that the “first amendment rights” of nazis, racists, homophobes, abusers, and pedophiles don’t matter anywhere near as much as the safety of the victims that suffer from the presence of those blogs being on tumblr.

Also, the First Amendment applies to the government, not to private companies. You can’t be arrested for what you say, but you can be kicked out of anything not owned by the government.

Like, for example, Tumblr.
